About Us

Having worked as bartenders for nearly fifteen years, On The Rocks, Pembrokeshire started as an idea. In the spring of 2020 when we, like many people, were told to stay at home.

Fortunately, home for us is beautiful Pembrokeshire, a small county tucked away in South West Wales. A remote but beautiful corner of the UK with spectacular coastlines, gorgeous countryside and well known picturesque towns such as Tenby and Narberth.

After spending time exploring these treasures, we were inspired to create a business that both showcases this. As well as some of the amazing produce Wales has to offer. This led to the creation of On The Rocks Pembrokeshire. A premium small batch cocktail business that instils three core values;

We use a selection of award winning, and carefully sourced ingredients in the creation of our premium small batch cocktails.

Community

At the heart of what we do here at On The Rocks is community. We believe that community is built around bringing people together. After so much time apart we wanted to create a product that would enhance the moments people spend together.

Welsh

We have created all of our recipes around quality Welsh spirits, ensuring each cocktail contains a double measure of premium Welsh base spirit.

Our eco promise…

Living on our stunning coastline, we regularly see the impact wasteful packaging has on our environment. We were inspired to create a business which was both mindful of this, and also proactively supporting an environmentally conscious future we can all enjoy. All of the products made by us are packaged with 100% recyclable materials and are plastic free.

On The Rocks prides itself on quality, innovation, and creativity. We have developed our range of cocktails with this in mind. Our cocktails allow our customers to serve the classics everyone has grown to love with a refined edge. The award-winning Welsh ingredients have been carefully balanced by our in-house mixologist Jess, to bring you some of the very best small batch cocktails.

We will continue to create and innovate exciting new cocktails as well as seasonal specials. Jess specialises in seasonal recipes, a skill developed through years of bartending and the study of mixology. These skills teamed with Sam’s fresh approach and love of Welsh produce ensures that On the Rocks delivers you the very best premium small batch cocktails.
